Returns & Exchanges

At Calla, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your new fashion piece isn't the perfect fit, you can return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Package Your Items

  Place the unworn items with original tags attached into the original shipping box or any secure mailing bag.

• 3.
  Print and Attach Label

  Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it out, and securely affix it to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking receipt; we will process your refund within 5-7 business days of receipt.
